  • Total Assure provides cybersecurity services for small-to-medium sized businesses, including managed detection and response, incident response support, managed cybersecurity solutions, cybersecurity engineering support, cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance support.

  • Managed Security Service Providers (also known as MSSP) offer resources to organizations seeking to augment or expand their cybersecurity capabilities. Based on services selected, Cybersecurity Managed Service Providers manage and/or provide security solutions alongside consulting and engineering support.

  • We provide modular cybersecurity services to fit your unique requirements, preparing you and your organization for security audits, identifying and categorizing your cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and building and optimizing cybersecurity solutions.

  • The duration of our integration with you depends on the services selected and technologies you use. We gather sufficient information from you to provide an integration plan amenable to your needs.

  • Our services are based on a few metrics, depending on which are selected. Our subscription-based managed services are priced per customer user, while Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) and Engineering services are based on level of effort and duration of the engagements.

  • Your data is only accessible by a limited number of Total Assure engineers and analysts using secure multifactor authentication methods.

  • Total Assure will never sell your data under any circumstances.

  • If requested, Total Assure can share our most recent Systems and Organizations Controls (SOC) 2 report and limited system data upon request.

  • Yes, we can provide the results of our most recent SOC 2 report upon request and once a non-disclosure agreement is executed.

  • We believe that a “one-size-fits-all” approach will fail to meet your organization’s goals. So before onboarding Total Assure services, we work with your organization to identify your cybersecurity objectives and ensure our product is aligned with your mission and vision.

  • Total Assure maintains up-to-date knowledge on all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements through frequent review of updates and changes. Our GRC team also works diligently to ensure Total Assure (and its customers) receive guidance on all their upcoming regulatory requirements. We subscribe to newsletters, monitor the websites owned by governing and regulatory bodies, and attend/view online conferences and webinars.

  • We work with you to provide a solution customized to your needs and ensure our solution accounts for specific cybersecurity concerns facing your industry and your business.

  • Total Assure views our customer’s IT organization as a key stakeholder in mission success, from integrating our services to leading discussions on meeting your cybersecurity goals.

  • The customer’s third party vendors are critical stakeholders to ensure customer success in integrating Total Assure services. Total Assure leverages a collaborative approach involving the customers and vendors to meet the customer’s cybersecurity goals.

  • Total Assure can provide educational material for your organization to present and distribute or provide in-house training, including targeting presentations for specific user populations.

  • One of our customers was concerned about HIPAA compliance ahead of an upcoming audit. We worked with the customer to identify all the compliance requirements and worked with them in developing and implementing policies, practices, and procedures in ensuring HIPAA compliance.
